Hi! My name is Antonella and I am an Artist & Graphic Designer with a Bachelors Degree by trade but fell into making cakes and found that I have a passion for exquisite, visually striking designs. I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years including 15 years of working as a specialist Cake Decorator in the cake industry. With previously training in respected Australian companies with head Pastry Chef’s and earning my trade as a Cake Decorator.

I started the ‘cake girl™’ as a boutique cake company in 2009 in Brisbane and work from a home based Brisbane studio - all my cakes are made on licensed premises. Having traveled overseas to learn from renowned cake decorators, I can now use that experience to make your ultimate cake. Prices depend on size, flavor and detailing. I offer over 15 flavour variations including Mars bar mud cake and White Chocolate Raspberry and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, let me know and I’ll see if I can make it for you. I can even make simple chic cakes to dietary requirements including gluten free, dairy free and egg free.

I specialise in designing and producing eye-catching handcrafted bespoke classic cakes and cupcakes for every occasion...whether it’s your Wedding, Birthday, Christening, Anniversary, Corporate event or just a Special Occasion gift for someone you love! If your cake event is over a month away, please don’t hesitate to make an appointment with the ‘cake girl™’ for a personal consultation in my studio office. I can make tasting boxes (up to 6 slices) upon request that you can take home with you to try with loved ones at your leisure.
